Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 July 2026.
gaogao ("we", "us") lets you grow, keep, breed, and share generative-art organisms. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it small on purpose.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you choose to sign in. We use it solely to authenticate you and to sync your collection across your devices. Sign-in is handled by Google OAuth and Supabase Auth.
- Your collection. Organisms you keep are stored in your browser, and, when you are signed in, synced to your account so they follow you across devices.
- Organisms you keep or breed become part of the public community wall, credited to you as their discoverer.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not show third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use Supabase to store data and handle authentication, and Google for optional sign-in. Your data is processed on their infrastructure under their respective policies.
Your choices
You can use gaogao anonymously without an account. If you have an account, you can delete it at any time, which severs the link between you and your discoveries. To request deletion or ask a question, contact us below.
Children
gaogao is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
